- Muzaffar Ali’s Jahan-e-Khusrao: The Annual World Sufi music festival was launched in Delhi, 2001 and has been looked forward to ever since. This year, it is a unique three part ballet- Yamuna Dariya Prem Ka- an effort to sensitize the world about the ecological damage to the water resources through the story of river Yamuna. It will be organized in Humayun’s Tomb at 6:00 pm from March 9 to 11.
Chaar Yaar: The group comprises of four musicians, namely- namely, the elderly composer, vocalist and poet Madan Gopal Singh; the ace guitarist and banjo player Deepak Castelino; the young and soulful sarod player Pritam Ghosal and an equally young and energetic multiple Amjad Khan.The group has performed not only in India but on various platforms outside the country as well. They experiment with songs and poetry spread across various cultures globally and across different timelines. This festival is definitely a no miss. It will be organised on 18th March, 9:00 pm at Depot 48, Greater Kailash, Delhi.
- Swag Fest Reloaded: No matter from which state you are, these days who doesn’t tap their feet on Punjabi beats. To celebrate your love for Punjabi music, Red Live presents ‘Swag Fest Reloaded’ with four glorious gabbrus, Mika Singh, Sharry Mann, Harrdy Sandhu and Akhil. The event will be at Leisure Valley Huda Ground, Gurgaon on 10th March from 5:00 pm onward. Don’t forget to book your tickets.
