About the Course:
Weekend classes in Bangalore have been commenced primarily for those yoga enthusiasts who are unable to devote time to a regular fitness regimen on a weekday basis. Although these yoga classes of not entirely exclusive for those, even regular yoga practitioners can take part in our weekend yoga classes. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced one, you’ll feel a different yogic calmness here. The power of euphoric ambience at Shwaasa will make you forget all the venoms of the world.

Air route: Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore is well connected to almost all the major international as well as domestic airports. If not available you can book a ticket for Mumbai airport. Taxi services are easily accessible from the airport throughout the city.
Train route: Trains are easily available from all the major junctions of India.
Bus route: Buses are available from all the Inter State Bus Terminals of the country.
